History
The Therapals clinic was established in 1994 by Maryann Maher. Maryann earned her degree in Occupational Therapy from Mount Mary University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1979. In 1997, Maryann’s sister, Lauri Hodory, armed with her degree in Occupational Therapy from Maryann’s alma mater, came on as co-owner. Marryann and Lauri dedicated themselves to occupational therapy and to the kids they were treating. In 2003, the clinic expanded to include physical therapy and later speech therapy. It was and continues to be important to Maryann and Lauri that the atmosphere remains as a family oriented as possible. We are reminded each day that a child comes with a family, and treatment should encompass all that a familly brings along with it.
