Occupational Therapy

Our therapists have expertise in evaluating and treating your child's neurological, muscular, and emotional development. A child's life is made up of "occupations", or daily activities. These occupations include playing, learning, and socializing. Our occupational therapists work with children and their families to help them succeed in these activities throughout the day. They also assist families with basic challenges faced daily; from creating morning routines, to choosing appropriate toys. Play is one of children's major occupations; how they occupy their free time and learn. Phyisical health, social and emotional well being, and positive mental health are promoted through play. When a child plays, he or she experiences new ways to solve problems and learn skills needed to become a healthy adult. Therapy sessions are one on one and personalized to meet yoour child’s needs.




Speech and Language Therapy

Our therapist strives to help children, adolecents, and young adults achieve effective expressive and receptive communication skills. in other words, the children’s abilites to verbally commnicate, while also being able to understand spoken language. The therapist utilizes a client centered therapeutic approach. The use of fun and functional activities ensures each child is generalizing their newly developed skills across multiple environments. Therapy sessions are one on one and personalized to meet yoour child’s needs.




Physical Therapy 

The goal of our physical therapists is to assist the child in reaching their maximum potential to function independently and promote active participation in the home, school, and community environments. Our physical therapists will work to improve your child's motor development, strength, range of motion, endurance, balance, coordination, gait difficulties, heart and lung endurance and delayed motor development. They will use an extensive set of skills and techniques to develop a unique, and carefully crafted treatment plan. Some of the techniques utilized will include manual manipulation, motor learning, developmental, recreational and play, adaptation of dailly activities, and fabrication and monitoring orthotics. Therapy sessions are one on one and personalized to meet yoour child’s needs.
